Tournament teams from Oakville Minor 10’s, Intermediate 50-70, Junior 13-14 and Senior 15-16, represented District 1 in Provincial tournaments. The Intermediate team lost in the Provincial finals to Kingston Colts while the Senior team lost in the Provincial finals to Upper Ottawa Valley.
Ancaster’s Major Little League team represented District 1, advancing to the Little League Canadian Championships, held in Kingston, Ontario. While the team was eliminated, with Whalley Little League winning to represent Canada, the players had the experience of a lifetime as they challenged on the road to the Little League World Series held in Williamsport, PA.
High Park Little League and Ancaster Little League both introduced Girls Baseball for the 2024 season, with additional leagues looking to also introduce Girls Baseball.
